About Isai

The same discipline that made us warriors can make us whole.

Isai Barahona is a United States Marine Corps veteran — Sergeant, 9 years active duty, combat deployments. After nearly a decade in uniform, he walked the same road so many veterans know: the loss of structure, the search for identity, the quiet struggle of rebuilding a life without a mission.

That journey didn't break him. It became his calling.

Over 11 years as a hands-on healer, Isai developed a deep understanding of how the body holds stress, trauma, and tension. In Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, we speak of fluid bodies, fluid tides, and profound stillness — the same stillness available to every veteran willing to go beneath the surface.

He brings what no textbook can teach: the hands, the heart, and the hard-won wisdom of someone who has walked through fire and chosen to help others find their way through.

San Diego, CA — serving veterans throughout San Diego County
The Boots to Flip-Flops Mission
In Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, we speak of fluid tides and deep stillness — the body's innate intelligence moving beneath the surface. Boots to Flip-Flops is built on this same principle: beneath the noise of transition, beneath the weight of service, there is a stillness in every veteran waiting to be found.

This is a secular, peer-led, body-centered space. No dogma. No judgment. Just the work.
