You survived the mission. Now let's navigate the transition — together.
Isai Barahona is a United States Marine Corps veteran — Sergeant, 9 years active duty, combat deployments. After nearly a decade in uniform, he walked the same road so many veterans know: the loss of structure, the search for identity, the quiet struggle of rebuilding a life without a mission.
That journey didn't break him. It became his calling.
Over 11 years as a hands-on healer, Isai developed a deep understanding of how the body holds stress, trauma, and tension. In Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, we speak of fluid bodies, fluid tides, and profound stillness — the same stillness available to every veteran willing to go beneath the surface.
He brings what no textbook can teach: the hands, the heart, and the hard-won wisdom of someone who has walked through fire and chosen to help others find their way through.
Three chapters of one life — the warrior, the seeker, the healer. Every veteran carries all three within them.
Every veteran's path is different. Sessions are shaped by you — your needs, your pace, your comfort. You always have full control over how we work together.
Sitting across from a fellow veteran who has been there. No clinical distance, no diagnosis — just honest conversation in a safe, secular space. Fully clothed, relaxed, no table required. All sessions are in-person in San Diego County.
Eleven years of hands-on healing. The body holds what the mind hasn't processed yet — trauma, hypervigilance, and tension live in the tissue. Sessions draw from massage therapy and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Mobile service available across San Diego County.
There is something that happens when veterans are in a room together — a recognition, a dropping of the mask, a permission to be human. Community is medicine. Secular, judgment-free, peer-led.
"Sitting with a veteran, building a bridge, walking them through meditation, breathwork, visualization, emotional regulation — that is the mission."
— Isai Barahona, Founder · Boots to Flip-Flops
